1:08 am - Wings (not the show)
Angel
You are one of the few out there whose wings are
truly ANGELIC. Selfless, powerful, and
divine, you are one blessed with a certain
cosmic grace. You are unequalled in
peacefulness, love, and beauty. As a Being of
Light your wings are massive and a soft white
or silver. Countless feathers grace them and
radiate the light within you for all the world
to see. You are a defender, protector, and
caretaker. Comforter of the weak and forgiver
of the wrong, chances are you are taken
advantage of once in awhile, maybe quite often.
But your innocence and wisdom sees the good in
everyone and so this mistreatment does not make
you colder. Merciful to the extreme, you will
try to help misguided souls find themselves and
peace. However not all Angelics allow
themselves to be gotten the better of - the
Seraphim for example will be driven to fighting
for the sake of Justice and protection of those
less powerful. Congratulations - and don't ever
change - the world needs more people like you.

I thought I would have gotten broken wings but I guess not.

Although now I have a name for ANOTHER comic/story idea I have. I think that makes like 6. So many ideas so little time.

3:46 am - How my dog works
Me: *eating grapes*
Dog: *sees me eating something, walks up and sits next to me expecting me to give him some (or probably all) of it
Me: These are grapes. You know you don't eat grapes.
Dog: *sits and looks at me and the grapes
Me: You had these before. You put them in your mouth then spit them out again
Dog: *continues to look at me*
Me: Ok fine here I'll show you *gives a grape to him*
Dog: *takes grape for about a half second then drops it to the floor*
Me: Told ya
Dog: *still looks at me like I'm going to give him some*
Me: You just had a grape and didn't want it. These aren't any different than the one you dropped.
Dog: *sitting looking*
Me: Alright *gives another grape to him*
Dog: *licks it it drops to the floor, looks back at me*
Me: See? Why don't you listen?

That could have gone on till all the grapes where on the floor.

Barely any food in the house and hardly any money to buy any. My last check should come in today or tomorrow. Parents will probably have to use some of it for food. Mom doesn't get paid till Monday. Might have to eat a can of corn for lunch again.

1:30 am - Must have been a slow news day
So I'm flipping through the channels when I come to stop on ESPN2. And what do they have on? Scrabble. Let me say that again SCRABBLE.

They were covering some scrabble tournament. Complete with play-by-plays, replays, and interviews.

When did board games become a sport? WEll should have figured this, we have a music channel that only plays music during the middle of the night.

9:03 am - Diablo
I started playing Diablo for the first time last week. It's pretty damn fun. Took me a while to get used to the cursor controls. I love the sounds the goatmen make when they die. *baaahhgruuuuumpbllp*

The great thing about this game is that it only requires 8 or so MB for installation. So I can play it on my computer. The second one I heard takes hundreds of MB.

I'm going to play two different games, one no-cheat and one cheat-fun-feast. I'm trying to find that one hack where you can kill the towns people. Maybe that's in the second one.

I tried to play an online battlenet game yesterday with someone, but their servers where lagging big time. I did finally get into a game with another player. I think I freaked the other player out because I was standing next to his character in the town when I clicked the "allow attacking other players" button. I was messing around it buttons and stuff. I wanted to freak him out more by walking up to him in full armor and leaving piles of weapons and gold all over the town.

8:53 am - Last day
Well it's my last day here till January. Yesterday and today all I'm doing is working in the lab. I didn't have to come in (and I probably would have liked that seeing how I had to leave at a little past 6am to get here so my dad had enough time to drive back and get to his temp job on time) but we need any amount of money we can get.

Dad got some temp work cleaning up tar or something. First day he came home with tar all over his hands, face, hair, etc. Had to clean up with gasoline.

I sold one of my books back yesterday. I got $18 back when it cost me around $70-$100. Of course it wasn't until today that I realized I would have been better off keeping it for now and selling it next semester to a student taking the course.

11:22 am - ugh
You all know those radio call in contest right? Ok so today my dad trys calling into one of them before we left. He also had to drive my mom to work so we had to leave a little later than nomral. It was taking so long to get through and everytime he did he got an auto "please try again" It got time for us to leave so he told my sister she could do it, she was the one who asked my dad to call in in the first place.

Cut to a few minutes later. It's time for the contest and guess who's the caller? That's right my sister. For $104 the question was, "Name 3 US vice presidents" She couldn't even name one. She didn't even try. For half a minute she barely said anything other than "I don't know" "I don't pay attention in class"

Like my dad said "Good thing they didn't ask her name" Well I think I know someone who's going to get a lot of study books this Christmas

current mood: unbelievable

Am I right in assuming it means somehow my yahoo account was trying to send an email to my aol account (which has been deleted for several months now)? Or is it something else?

9:36 am - Aw crap
I forgot an extra credit math assignment that could have boosted my quiz/homework grade up from a D to a B or the very least a C at home. Damn. Well at least my test grade so far is an A If I do good on the final I can still probably get a B for the class.

12:15 pm - Get it?
Get today's Smapdi?

BTW that actually happened to me on my trip to CA. It was on the way back to Sacramento. And it happened twice. First group was trying to sell their car radio, second time a guy was trying to pawn Comic con t-shirts and stuff.

Oh and the George W Bush talking action figure is a Simpsons reference. Only in the show it was actually an Al Gore talking action figure that someone spent the rest of their money on.

Oh right, turns out I'm not over working that many hours. She had me confused with someone else. So as far as that goes I'm good.

I got word that I'm actually startin to work more hours than I can. Which I don't understand. I thought it was 20 hours a week max. And I've been working less than that do to off days. They said that I would probably have to work less hours next semester. Damn, so much for thinking I could support my family and start saving for my own life on the money I'm making here.

10:07 am - Looks over substance
I got my final project for a visualbasic class. It's a database type thing. I should be able to do it. It's in Access though and I don't know Access. I checked over the scoring (damn g key on these keyboard doesn't want to work) and less than half of the points go to the actual coding of the program. Only 40 points out of 150 is for the program being coded correctly and the program working. The majority is on how it looks. here's the break down;

Accuracy of the TOE chart (15) [TOE stands for task object event it's like a rough draft if you will its what we "should" use to determain what the program needs to get done and how to do it]
Interface design (15)
Documentation (15)
Flow of logic (15)
Ease of use (10)
Program integrity- limiting variable scope, catching errors, editing data (25)
Adherence to standards (15)
Correct functioning of the application (40)

So even if I fail the get the program t run correctly I can still pass if I do all the other bs things. Weird huh?

The guy sitting a seat over from me is making all these sounds. Grunts, groans, exhausting sighs, etc. It's like he's winded from checking his email. It's quite annoying.

Been getting a lot of "Join our dating service" spam emails lately. I don't remember going to any website like that. Much less signing up for anything. Might have been a thrid party thing.

I was sick last night. Don't really feel like being here today, might go home early.

Real life friend still avoiding and ignoring me. This time I KNOW it's not my fault or problem. If she's going to give me this crap after one little thing even though I've been nothing but Mr NiceGuy to her the rest of the time then its her problem. Especailly when you consider that her boyfriend and (an)other friend(s) have given her much much more crap and she's still talking to/with them.

Caught a mouse in my room. Damn thing was loud.
